find and call a sub from the sub list below as soon as possible (early AM/Direct calls to subs okay)
Subfinder: Call or go online to arrange the job, ie: sick personal, sick family, etc.
send ONE email with sick day(s) and job number to: Jolene Ellertson, your principal or secretary, and team leader
make sure sub info. is easy to find: (lesson binder, login info, teaching schedule) Sub info. template available below
Active Directory Migration Leave:
3 days are allotted for migration subs at each of your schools
once you have a migration date, arrange for your sub
call one of the migration subs (listed below) and make arrangements with them
Subfinder: choose PRE-ARRANGED sub and use sub's ID# (Choose Professional Leave code 431)
If not consecutive days at a school, create separate jobs for ea. absence. Email or call Pamela Payne and give her the job #'s. She'll connect the jobs
closer to the migration date, call the sub to inform them about what lesson the sub will teach, etc.
